This journal was a request from someone, they wanted specifically for me to make a journal about Mr. Pewdiepie and his fan base. Hopefully this is the last time I'll have to talk about him but I feel I should just one last time.
I'll start off like I started off my last journal about Mr. Pewdiepie- A good let's player can make any boring old game entertaining and a bad let's player can make any good, exiting game boring as shit. I'm not going to be name dropping letsplayers that are better because I don't want the comment section to turn into a fan boy battlefield but let's just say there is an almost infinite number of letsplayers better than this guy. And I'm not going to say that he's just a "dick sucking fag" or anything (I'm not petty/homophobic). I'm just going to be saying pure and open fact, ok? Let's go-
1. Pewdiepie openly admits he makes videos just for profit. This is a comment he put on a video called "Adults React to Pewdiepie"- "Pretty funny I'll admit!
But seriously though, have you never heard "if you don't like it, then don't watch it"? Actually never mind, keep watching! Your extra views gets me extra cash! lolololol". I know a lot of his fans will say "but he gives money to charity!". Yeah and I think that's great, giving to charity is a wonderful thing to do but it doesn't make the fact that he makes videos just for money disappear does it?
2. His videos are atrocious. I think it's safe to say there are A LOT of bad letsplayers (not naming any names). But I think Pewdiepie is the king of all bad letsplayers. He mostly plays popular horror games, and that's fine, I'm not saying you can't record yourself playing horror games but's to so obvious he does it for extra views. He always has the reaction cam on which always gets put as the thumbnail and it always draws in extra views of people thinking some dude is going to totally shit his pants because of this scary new horror game that's really popular right now. He made a video for the second Amnesia game and the developers adamantly told him to NOT do it and he still did. Even game developers don't want his name associated with their product.
3. The rape jokes. ALL. THE. FUCKING. RAPE. JOKES. This was the final nail in the coffin for me. He just takes an experience so traumatising to people and makes a joke about it and that really annoys me. Big time. Also he's homophobic, transphobic and sexist, so...that's always a big bonus.
4. His fans. Now I'm not saying ALL fans are like this. Just the ones I've seen commenting the most on his videos. They tell sexual abuse victims to "get over it", send people death threats and tell them to get raped and kill themselves and comment on other Youtubers videos saying "WTF! Pewds played this game already"
In conclusion this guy makes thousands and thousands for screeching RAPE at the top of his lungs and the fans just want more. Luckily his popularity seems to be going down though that could just be me being oblivious to the inner workings of the internet.

Ok Rant Time
As many of you have heard (unless you live under a rock) there have been many terror attacks around the world as of late. Because I'm not informed enough I'm not going to be talking about the intricacies of the Paris attacks or any other attacks going on at the moment (Lebanon etc) but I am going to be talking about people's reactions to them and what I find personally annoying about them. Ok here I go-

That's a phrase that just does something to me. It's not a positive thing I must say. Up until a few months ago I didn't even know this phrase existed and I would've been satisfied not knowing it was a thing but praying for something to not exist doesn't make it not exist.
